Your money

Payment goes to your account.

Your customer pays you. The payment is recorded against the rental, giving your team a clear view of what has been collected. Settlement follows your payment provider’s schedule.

“I checked my bank, there was no Resurve hold in the middle.”

How payment stays yours

You pay for software, not commission

Resurve is your monthly subscription. We do not take a percentage of the rental. Card processing fees go to the bank and your payment partner.

Settled by your payment partner

Card money settles under your merchant terms, straight into your bank. You see confirmation in seconds, with no Resurve payout delay.

The money stays yours

Money never sits in a Resurve wallet. Resurve records the payment and runs the rental file.

How they pay

Card, cash, and local apps on one rental.

Online or across the counter, each recorded payment belongs to the same rental. Your team sees one balance to collect.

“I know what is paid before they take the keys.”

Payment methods on Resurve

Card on your link

Guests pay on your booking link with the cards your payment partner accepts, including international cards when that is available.

Cash and local apps at the desk

Walk-ins pay the way they already do. You record it on the same rental as an online payment.

One payment record

At pickup, paid, pending, or failed, all written on the same rental.

Security deposits

The deposit stays on the rental file.

Set your deposit requirements, record collection at pickup and track the release on the rental. Keep the amount and the next step in view.

“The deposit is on the rental, not in a notebook.”

Deposits without a notebook

Set the deposit on the car

Set a deposit per vehicle or as a business default, before the booking ever starts.

Require it before keys

Pickup can wait until the deposit is held or collected. The file shows the state right next to the car.

Release from the rental

Hold, charge, or release from the same record as the return photos and mileage, not a separate notebook.

Your customers

They booked with you.

Keep the booking and the customer together. When they come back, their details and rental history are already there.

“My repeat guest used the same link.”

You keep the relationship

They booked your link

Traffic from your Resurve store stays with your business. The relationship is yours after they pay.

Not a middleman listing

Resurve is not a listing site that takes the customer and the repeat booking. Your store stays yours.

Ready for the next booking

The customer and the history stay on Resurve, so the next booking does not start from scratch.

Keep exploring · POS

The counter uses live availability.

Your desk and storefront share the same fleet availability. Choose a car and dates from the calendar your whole business uses.

“The walk-in is on the same calendar.”

POS and the fleet calendar

Live fleet dates

POS reads the same availability as your public store. A walk-in cannot book a car that is already out.

No second diary

One shared calendar, not a wall chart plus a separate inbox.

Same cars, same rates

What you publish on the link is what the desk can sell.

Keep exploring · Bookings

Every channel writes one schedule.

Change the dates on the rental and keep its payments and forms together. Your team works from one updated booking.

“I can see the whole week on one screen.”

One schedule for the cars

One fleet calendar

The store, POS, and bookings you send hold dates on the same vehicle.

Every channel writes here

You are not running a wall calendar plus an inbox.

Reschedule on the rental

A date change stays on that rental, so payment and forms follow.

Automation inside the products

What happens by itself

The moment they pay, the receipt goes out and the rental shows paid. You are not copying screenshots into a second app.

  • The receipt goes out

Card online, POS, and recorded deposits all issue the receipt on that rental. You can still issue one by hand when you take the payment yourself.

  • The rental shows paid

Card and cash write the same payment status, so the desk sees it before they hand over the keys.

  • Unpaid stays on the file

If the balance is still open, Resurve sends the guest a payment reminder. Your team records the payment when it lands.

How it runs

How payment works

01

They book on your link

Dates, car, and amount are already on the rental before anyone pays.

02

They pay the way they can

Card on your link, or cash at the counter. A failed card stays visible on the rental.

03

Money follows your bank

Resurve records the payment. Your payment partner pays it into your bank.

Payments questions

Does Resurve take a commission on car rental bookings?

No. You pay Resurve a monthly subscription for the software. Card processing fees go to the bank and payment partner. Resurve does not take a percentage of the rental.

How does a car rental security deposit work on Resurve?

You set the deposit on the car or as a business default. It lives on the rental file, held, collected, charged, or released, next to pickup and return. It is not a separate spreadsheet.

Can tourists pay by card from abroad?

Yes. Guests can pay with the cards your payment partner accepts, including international cards, once checkout is on for your business.

Does Resurve hold my customer payments?

No. Resurve records paid, pending, or failed on the rental. Your bank receives settlement from your payment partner on their schedule.

Does Resurve send the car rental receipt automatically?

When a rental is paid through checkout, POS, or a recorded deposit, Resurve issues the receipt on that rental. You can still issue one by hand when you run the payment yourself.
