You pay for software, not commission
Resurve is your monthly subscription. We do not take a percentage of the rental. Card processing fees go to the bank and your payment partner.
Resurve Payments
A guest pays by card, cash, or Juice. Resurve writes the payment onto the rental, so you know what is paid, what is pending, and what is still owed. The money goes to your own bank, not through a Resurve wallet.
Your money
Your customer pays you. The payment is recorded against the rental, giving your team a clear view of what has been collected. Settlement follows your payment provider’s schedule. Operators here bank with MCB, SBM, CIM Finance, Absa, Bank One, MauBank, AfrAsia, HSBC, and Standard Bank.
“I checked my bank, there was no Resurve hold in the middle.”
How payment stays yours
Resurve is your monthly subscription. We do not take a percentage of the rental. Card processing fees go to the bank and your payment partner.
Card money settles under your merchant terms, straight into your bank. You see confirmation in seconds, with no Resurve payout delay.
Money never sits in a Resurve wallet. Resurve records the payment and runs the rental file.
How they pay
Online or across the counter, each recorded payment belongs to the same rental. Your team sees one balance to collect.
“I know what is paid before they take the keys.”
Payment methods on Resurve
Guests pay on your booking link with the cards your payment partner accepts, including international cards when that is available.
Walk-ins pay the way they already do. You record it on the same rental as an online payment.
At pickup, paid, pending, or failed, all written on the same rental.
Security deposits
Set your deposit requirements, record collection at pickup and track the release on the rental. Keep the amount and the next step in view.
“The deposit is on the rental, not in a notebook.”
Deposits without a notebook
Mauritian operators can set a deposit per vehicle or as a business default, before the booking ever starts.
Pickup can wait until the deposit is held or collected. The file shows the state right next to the car.
Hold, charge, or release from the same record as the return photos and mileage, not a separate notebook.
Your customers
Keep the booking and the customer together. When they come back, their details and rental history are already there.
“My repeat guest used the same link.”
You keep the relationship
Traffic from your Resurve store stays with your business. The relationship is yours after they pay.
Customers book on your link and come back to you. The relationship stays with your business.
The customer and the history stay on Resurve, so the next booking does not start from scratch.
Keep exploring · POS
Your desk and storefront share the same fleet availability. Choose a car and dates from the calendar your whole business uses.
“The walk-in is on the same calendar.”
POS and the fleet calendar
POS reads the same availability as your public store. A walk-in cannot book a car that is already out.
One shared calendar, not a wall chart plus a separate inbox.
What you publish on the link is what the desk can sell.
Keep exploring · Bookings
Change the dates on the rental and keep its payments and forms together. Your team works from one updated booking.
“I can see the whole week on one screen.”
One schedule for the cars
The store, POS, and bookings you send hold dates on the same vehicle.
You are not running a wall calendar plus an inbox.
A date change stays on that rental, so payment and forms follow.
Automation inside the products
The moment they pay, the receipt goes out and the rental shows paid. You are not copying screenshots into a second app.
The receipt goes out
Card online, POS, and recorded deposits all issue the receipt on that rental. You can still issue one by hand when you take the payment yourself.
The rental shows paid
Card, cash, and Juice write the same payment status, so the desk sees it before they hand over the keys.
Unpaid stays on the file
If the balance is still open, Resurve sends the guest a payment reminder. Your team records the payment when it lands.
