Introducing the biggest Resurve Analytics update yet. See who's visiting, what catches their attention, where bookings are being lost, and which cars are actually making you money.
Someone visits your car rental website.
They look around, scroll through a few cars, maybe check a price.
Then they leave.
Did they find what they were looking for? Was something missing? Were they interested in booking, or were they just browsing?
You have no idea.
And that's a problem.
Because when you're running a rental business, knowing how many people visited your website is nowhere near as useful as knowing what they did when they got there.
That's what we've been working on at Resurve.
We've just launched a major update to Analytics, bringing together visitor tracking, booking funnels, session recordings, and business intelligence.
And we've tried to make all of it simple enough that you don't need to be a marketing expert to understand what's happening.
Let's show you what we mean.

Imagine 100 people visit your rental website this week.
That's good news, right?
Well, maybe.
What if 90 of them leave without even looking at a car?
What if 30 people look at your cars, but nobody starts a reservation?
Or what if customers regularly start booking, then give up before finishing?
Those are three very different problems.
And until you know which one is happening, it's hard to know what to fix.

Resurve now shows you how visitors move through your booking process.
Opened your store → Viewed a car → Started a reservation → Booked
At each step, you can see how many people continued and how many stopped.
So instead of wondering why your website isn't bringing in bookings, you can start narrowing down where the problem might be.
If people aren't opening cars, perhaps the listings need better photographs or clearer prices.
If they're viewing cars but not booking, perhaps something in the offer or booking process needs attention.
The numbers won't tell you exactly what every customer is thinking. But they'll show you where to start looking.
And that's a lot better than guessing.
This one is particularly interesting.
Have you ever wished you could sit next to someone while they browse your website?
Not to interrupt them. Just to see what they do.
Where do they click? What do they scroll past? Where do they hesitate? When do they leave?
Well, now you can get a much closer look.

Resurve can record visits to your storefront and let you watch how people interact with it.
You can see the page they visited, their clicks, scrolling, and the way they moved around.
It's a bit like watching someone walk into your rental office, look at a few cars, and walk out.
Except now, you can go back and see what happened.
Maybe someone kept clicking on something that didn't respond the way they expected.
Maybe they spent time looking at a particular car.
Maybe they barely made it past your homepage.
These little details can help you understand where your website needs attention.
And because the recordings are connected to your Analytics dashboard, you can see useful context such as the visit's duration, device, browser, location information, and number of clicks.
We've also built in recording visibility controls. Visits where someone explicitly declines recording visibility are hidden from the merchant, and recordings expire automatically.

You don't have to wonder how people use your storefront anymore. You can watch and learn.

Let's say you've been sharing your rental link on WhatsApp, Instagram, and your existing website.
Meanwhile, Resurve is helping your business become discoverable through its own platform.
Naturally, you'd want to know which efforts are bringing people in.
Now you can.
Your Analytics dashboard separates visits coming through your own link from visits arriving through Resurve.
You can also see reported traffic sources, the countries visitors appear to be browsing from, and the devices they're using.
Are most people visiting from their phones?
Are travelers from overseas finding your storefront?
Which pages are getting the most attention?
And perhaps most importantly, are those visits turning into bookings?
You can switch between 7, 30, and 90-day views to understand how things change over time.
Of course, not every visit can be attributed perfectly. Some traffic sources remain unknown, and a visit doesn't necessarily mean someone is ready to rent.
But now you have a much clearer picture of how people reach your business.

Let's talk about something beyond website traffic.
You have two cars.
One gets rented constantly. The other goes out less often.
Which one makes you more money?
You might immediately say the first.
But what if that car also needs more maintenance, repairs, and cleaning?
What if the second car earns less revenue but costs significantly less to operate?
This is why we've brought Business Intelligence directly into Resurve Analytics.
Resurve now brings together your recorded rental income and vehicle expenses to help you understand the financial performance of each car.
For each vehicle, you can see:
You can review these numbers across your fleet and compare vehicles.
You might discover that a cheaper car is outperforming a more expensive one.
Or that one vehicle is eating into your earnings through repeated maintenance costs.
Or that the car you thought was your best performer isn't actually doing as well as you imagined.
These numbers depend on the income and expenses recorded in Resurve, so keeping those records complete matters.
But the principle is simple.
Every car should be helping your business make money. Now you can see how much.
And when the time comes to buy another car, replace an older one, or change your pricing, you'll have more than intuition to work with.
You'll have your own numbers.
One thing we were particularly careful about was keeping Analytics easy to understand.
We didn't want to give rental owners a dashboard full of charts that look impressive but require hours to interpret.
So we've organized everything into three straightforward areas.
Overview: What's happening in your store?
Your visitors, page views, sessions, booking rate, popular pages, traffic sources, and booking funnel.
Intelligence: What's happening with your money?
Your fleet's recorded revenue, expenses, and net earnings, broken down by individual car.
Recordings: What are visitors actually doing?
Watch storefront sessions and see how people browse, click, and interact with your pages.
Three different views of the same business.
And together, they tell a much more useful story.
This is probably the most important part of the entire update.
We don't think rental owners should spend their days studying charts.
You've got customers to serve, cars to maintain, and a business to run.
The real value of Analytics is what you can do with what you learn.
If people leave your storefront without viewing a car, you know where to investigate.
If people repeatedly look at a particular vehicle, you know something is attracting their attention.
If a car is costing more than it's earning, you can investigate why.
And if your booking rate improves after making changes, you can see that reflected in your numbers.
The goal isn't to make you an analyst. It's to help you make better decisions.
And we're taking this idea further.
We're developing intelligent storefront optimization that can use signals from visitor behavior, search performance, and booking activity to recommend improvements to your storefront.
Instead of spending hours trying to work out what needs changing, you'll be able to review suggested improvements and approve the ones that make sense for your business.
Your storefront shouldn't be something you build once and forget.
We want it to keep getting better as you learn more about your customers.
At Resurve, we've spent a lot of time thinking about one question:
How do we help independent rental businesses get more bookings?
Part of the answer is helping travelers discover your cars through search engines and AI platforms like ChatGPT.
That's what we're building with Resurve Exposure.
But discovery is only the beginning.
Because getting 1,000 people to visit your storefront means very little if nobody books.
That's why this Analytics update matters.
It gives you the ability to see what happens after someone arrives, understand where potential bookings might be getting lost, and improve the experience over time.
And with Business Intelligence, you can understand what those bookings mean for your actual earnings.
It's not just about bringing more people to your website.
It's about helping you make more of every opportunity.
Wouldn't it be useful to know what happens next?
With the new Resurve Analytics, you can follow the journey from that first visit to a completed reservation, watch how people interact with your storefront, and see what each vehicle contributes to your business.
All without buying separate analytics tools or building your own tracking system.
And you can start exploring Resurve for free.
No credit card. No commitment.
Create your storefront, add your cars, share your link, and start learning what happens when people visit.
Because the more you understand your customers, the better equipped you are to earn their next booking.
