Operational Intelligence
Most software waits for someone to notice. Resurve shows what needs to happen, who should do it, when, and whether it is done. That is work on Home, on the rental, and in email — not a second to-do app.
Jobs
Each role opens Home to pickups, collections, and papers due — sourced from Fleet, Bookings, and Finance, not a blank dashboard.
Reminders
Email and in-app notifications open the rental or the task. WhatsApp can join when you opt in. The point is not more noise. It is that pickup, deposit, and return are hard to forget.
Management
You spend less time asking whether someone collected, inspected, or closed the deposit. The job has an owner and a done state. That is how one manager covers a larger desk.
Automation inside the products
A lot of the rental already finished. Jobs are what still need you.
The booking already moved
Dates hold on the car. Guest and desk get the confirmation. That is Bookings and Payments, not a to-do you tick.
Pickup and return notices go out
When the slot is close, Resurve writes the guest and the desk. Someone still has to hand over the keys.
Paid money is already in the books
Known checkout and POS events post in Finance. Unposted money can still show as a job.
Handover, remaining balance, incomplete papers, deposit review. Those stay jobs on Home until the file is actually done.
How it runs
01
The event creates the jobA booking, a late return, papers due, money unposted.
02
The right role sees itHome and the portal only show work that person can do.
03
Closing the file closes the jobDo the work on the rental. The job does not linger as a fake tick.
Resurve sends pickup reminders and puts collection and handover on Home as jobs. The guest gets a clear booking to complete. Your team sees who has not paid or has not finished the form before the slot.
Start
Add the fleet, take the booking, run the file. Resurve is the store, the checkout, and the next job — in one place.
