Home is the work
Open the app and see the pickups, collections, and papers due, not an empty dashboard.
Operational Intelligence
Give your team a clear next step. Pickups, returns, payments and paperwork become jobs with an owner, a due time and a record of what is done.
Jobs
Open Home and see the work due for your role. The next pickup, outstanding payment or missing document is ready to act on.
“I opened the app and knew what to do.”
How jobs show up
Open the app and see the pickups, collections, and papers due, not an empty dashboard.
Each person sees the work they’re allowed to handle. Frontline sees the handover. Finance sees the money that has not posted.
Those surfaces unlock the jobs. Home shows them.
Reminders
A reminder should take you straight to the work. Email and in-app notices open the relevant rental or job, with WhatsApp available when configured and opted in.
“I tapped the reminder and landed on the rental.”
Email, in-app, WhatsApp
A reminder deep-links to the rental or the task, so opening the email handles the job.
Tap the notification and land on the next action.
Short and selective. You control notifications in settings.
Management
Know who is handling each job and see when it is done. Keep the desk moving without asking everyone for an update.
“I can see what is still open.”
What managers see
Managers and owners check open work without asking the group chat.
Closing the rental closes the job. A job stays open until the required work is complete.
Receipts and calendar holds finish themselves. Jobs are what still needs a person.
Keep exploring · Bookings
Change the dates on the rental and keep its payments and forms together. Your team works from one updated booking.
“I can see the whole week on one screen.”
One schedule for the cars
The store, POS, and bookings you send hold dates on the same vehicle.
You are not running a wall calendar plus an inbox.
A date change stays on that rental, so payment and forms follow.
Keep exploring · Rental File
Open the rental and find the booking, money and documents together. Your team can answer the customer without searching through separate tools.
“At pickup I had the contract, the deposit, and the licence in one place.”
What the file holds
The customer, the car, and the dates start one rental file, not a folder created after the WhatsApp yes.
The payment, the deposit, and the balance stay on the rental.
The licence, the ID, and the signature attach to the same rental the desk will open at pickup.
Automation inside the products
Most of the rental already finished by itself. A job is what still needs you.
The booking already moved
Dates hold on the car. The guest and the desk get the confirmation. That is Bookings and Payments working, not a task you tick.
Pickup and return notices go out
When the slot is close, Resurve writes to the guest and the desk. Someone still has to hand over the keys.
Paid money is already in the books
Known checkout and POS events post in Finance. Money that has not posted yet can still show as a job.
Handover, the remaining balance, incomplete papers, a deposit to review. Those stay as jobs on Home until the rental is actually done.
How it runs

The event creates the jobA booking, a late return, papers due, money that has not posted.
02
The right role sees itHome and the portal only show work that person can do.
03
Closing the file closes the jobDo the work on the rental. The job does not linger as a fake tick.
Resurve sends pickup reminders and puts collection and handover on Home as jobs. The guest gets a clear booking to complete, and your team sees who has not paid or finished the form before the slot.
No. Jobs come from real rentals: a pickup, a deposit review, papers due. Close the work on the file and the job disappears.
Yes. An open job stays on Home until the underlying rental or record is done. You are not relying on a “yes boss” in WhatsApp.
Notifications pull people into the job, and you control them in settings. The point is fewer forgotten pickups, not constant pings.
No. Receipts, calendar holds, and book postings finish themselves inside Payments, Bookings, and Books. Operational Intelligence shows what a person still has to do, and whether it closed.
